$50 / operator / month
Paid play services have a $50/month minimum, including prepaid-only setups. That includes up to 10 members. Pay $5 per member through 50, then watch your per-member rate slide down to $1 at 500. More than 500? Let’s build a custom plan.
You set your membership price. We charge by member count.
PREPAID PLAY
Prepaid loads add 2% of the value loaded. Use prepaid cards, memberships, or both—there’s only one monthly software minimum.
Your processor’s fees and hardware purchases are separate. Paid installation is optional. We don’t mark up card-processing fees.
Calculate what you keepOffer cash play alongside Play On Tap. We take no cut of money paid directly into your machines—100% stays with you. The paid play service minimum still applies; the 2% fee applies only to prepaid value loaded through Play On Tap.
We don’t put a payment terminal and cellular connection in every machine. That helps keep platform fees and hardware costs down. Explore a shared network setup.

USD per operator. Includes the $50 monthly minimum and, when selected, 2% of prepaid loads. No extra base fee for using both. Our 2% applies to card value loaded, not your new-card fees. Net estimate subtracts your entered processor fees and our bill. Prepaid loads are cash collected, not necessarily earned revenue. Excludes taxes, refunds, hardware and other operating costs; this is not a profit estimate.
Buy compatible parts and install them yourself. Prefer a ready-to-go kit or someone to handle installation? Both are optional purchases, available at launch.
Our Stern leaderboard display is free—even if you don’t use our paid services. The monthly minimum doesn’t apply to leaderboard-only use.
